Advanced Product & Application Disclaimers
- Multi-Tier Leak Detection Tracking: Our high-precision Acoustic, Tracer Gas, Correlator, and Smoke Testing tracking structures isolate hidden slab breaches and micro-leaks from the surface without exploratory destruction. These diagnostics establish an accurate pinpoint snapshot at the explicit hour of operational testing; they do not guarantee against adjacent pipe walls fatiguing subsequently within separate sections of an aging distribution layout.
- Trenchless CIPP Pipe Lining: Our cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) processes place a seamless, corrosion-proof barrier inside existing structures to address cracks, rot, and leaks. Successful sleeve crystallization requires an open, structurally continuous host path; entirely collapsed pipelines or lines showing severe displacement voids must be physically corrected before chemical resin curing can be finalized.
- Cast Iron Stack Replacement & Modern Basements: Replacing heavily corroded residential or commercial cast iron wastewater stacks with high-durability modern piping guarantees smooth waste transit and neutralizes structural methane gas breaches. Sump pump assemblies must be regularly inspected and maintained; secondary battery backup options are strongly recommended to preserve basement integrity against catastrophic regional grid failures during heavy Midwestern storm surges.
- Ohio Utility Compliance (811 Law): In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3781, no heavy civil excavation, structural pipe bursting, or horizontal directional drilling will commence until the state tracking network (Ohio 811 / OUPS) has fully verified and marked all public underground main utility distributions. Unmapped private secondary runs (such as agricultural drainage tiles, private lighting lines, or septic system loops) remain the absolute liability of the property asset owner to locate prior to our arrival.
